Monovision

Hello all!
I am scheduled to have PRK on my right eye next Thursday. However, in my pre-op yesterday, the sub-doctor told me I might be able to have Lasik. My script is strong -7.5/-7.0 and my right cornea is right on the edge of being too thin.
So...I went from getting all prepared for PRK to thinking I can have both eyes done with Lasik instead.
I still think I will go with PRK, b/c of the thin cornea and I would like to have more room to have any enhancements done in the future if needed.
So the other option the doc pushed was Monovision. This where they undercorrect your non-dominant eye so you won't need reading glasses.
Have any of you had Monovision???
